1. Overview
HatBuilder is a custom headwear company that empowers individuals, teams, and brands to design and create personalized hats. All hats are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications through our online customization platform.
2. Orders & Customization
Once an order is submitted, the design choices (hat style, color, embroidery placement, logo, etc.) are final. Please double-check all customizations before checkout. Because every item is custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to design errors made by the customer. If your hat arrives with a manufacturing or quality defect, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
3. Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders typically ship within 8–14 business days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment timelines may vary based on order volume, item availability, or customization complexity. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Payment Terms
All transactions are processed in USD. Full payment is required at checkout. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins.
5. Intellectual Property
By uploading logos, images, or designs to our platform, you confirm that you own the rights or have proper authorization to use the content. You retain ownership of your uploaded artwork. However, HatBuilder reserves the right to showcase final product photos for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested via email.
6. Prohibited Use
Our platform may not be used to create or distribute any content that is hateful, illegal, obscene, or promotes violence or discrimination. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that violates this policy, with or without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
HatBuilder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability in any case is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Your continued use of HatBuilderUSA.com after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
